Oaks Day

CITY Homicide's Nadine Garner admitted she wasn't normally a racing girl, but was having a great time in the Myer marquee.

Garner said it was amazing how much employment the racing industry must give to Melburnians, considering the amount of effort that went into the different marquees.

She was at the races with friends and cast mates, including co-star Daniel MacPherson.

"It's great to be part of a show that people actually like," she toldConfidential.
